What we collect

From the website forms, only what you enter yourself: name, company, phone, email and cargo information. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics also counts visits to the site, without names or contact details (see “Google Analytics” below).

Why

We need the data in a request to answer it, quote the cargo handling and contact you. Visit statistics show which pages and services people look at and from which pages requests are sent.

Who we share it with

No one, except where needed to perform the work in port (the port, the terminal, inspection services) and only with your consent, or where required by law. The site passes a form request to the Web3Forms service, which forwards it to our mailbox by e-mail. Visit statistics, if you have allowed them, are processed on our behalf by Google (the Google Analytics service); this data may be stored on Google servers outside Ukraine.

How long we keep it

We keep request data as long as needed to process the request and perform the contract, or until you ask us to delete it. Google Analytics keeps data on individual visits for 14 months and then deletes it; only totals remain, such as the number of visits in a month.

Cookies & analytics

The site uses no advertising cookies. Your browser remembers the site language, your agreement to the terms and your analytics choice (localStorage); none of this is sent to a server. Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_…, up to 2 years) are set only if you allow analytics: they let Google tell a returning visit from a new one. Without your permission the site does not load Google Analytics and sends nothing to Google.

Google Analytics

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics receives which pages you open and how long you spend on them, which website or search engine brought you here, your device type, browser and language, and your approximate country and city. It also receives what you do on the site: clicks on buttons, links, the phone number and the email address, switching the language, viewing the 3D animation chapters, starting a form, form errors (only the field name or an error code) and sending a request (only the codes of the chosen service, port and cargo flow). Names, phone numbers, emails and anything you type into the forms are never passed to Google Analytics. Google Analytics uses the IP address only to work out the country and city, and does not store it. Advertising features and Google signals are off.

Your choice

Analytics is switched on only if you choose “I agree, with analytics” in the terms window. You can change this at any time with the “Cookie settings” button at the bottom of every page. If you switch analytics off, the site stops sending data to Google and deletes the _ga cookies. Data sent earlier is deleted by Google 14 months after it was collected. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.
