Port Forwarding
We accept the cargo in port, prepare the port and customs papers and liaise with the terminal, customs and inspectors.
What we do
A port forwarder looks after the cargo on its way from the railcar or truck into the hold. We file the port applications, do the paperwork, deal with the Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority and the state services, and run the loading and discharge operations.

How we work

Request
Tell us about the cargo: what, how much, which port and when the vessel arrives.

Planning
We plan intake, storage and the loading or discharge to the vessel’s laycan.

Handling
We receive the cargo from trucks and railcars, store it and load the vessel.

Paperwork
We clear the port and customs formalities and send a report on the lot before the vessel sails.
