Terms of use
Version of 1 November 2026
1. General
These terms govern the use of the INTERCONTACT website (the Site). By opening the Site and pressing “I agree” you confirm that you have read these terms and accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Information on the Site
The Site’s materials are for information and describe services in the ports of Chornomorsk and Izmail. They are not a public offer. Prices, timing and terms of work are agreed separately and set out in a contract.
3. Requests
By sending a request you confirm that the data you give is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. A request is not a contract: we contact you to agree the details.
4. Personal data
Data from the forms is processed under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and the Privacy Policy — only to answer your request. When sending a form you separately consent to its processing.
5. Abuse protection
The Site uses an automatic bot check, limits on the number of requests and overload protection. Automated sending of requests, attempts to disrupt or overload the Site or to gain unauthorised access to it are prohibited.
6. Intellectual property
The Site’s texts, design, logo and code are protected by law. Photographs and 3D models by other authors are used under open licences — see the Credits page. Copying the materials without permission is prohibited except where the law allows it.
7. Limitation of liability
We aim to keep the information accurate and up to date but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Site and are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of its materials. The 3D scenes illustrate processes and do not depict specific vessels or facilities.
8. Links
The Site may contain links to third-party resources. We are not responsible for their content or rules.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. A new version applies from its publication on this page.
10. Governing law
Relations arising from the use of the Site are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
11. Contact
Send any questions about these terms through the form on the Contact page.
