Fertiliser Bagging into Big Bags
We bag bulk fertiliser into big bags right on the quay.
What we do
A crane takes the fertiliser out of the hold and drops it into the hopper of the bagging unit on the quay. The unit fills and weighs the big bags, and forklifts build the stack. We seal and mark every bag and get the lot ready for dispatch.

Process
How we work
- 01
Request
Tell us about the cargo: what, how much, which port and when the vessel arrives.
- 02
Planning
We plan intake, storage and the loading or discharge to the vessel’s laycan.
- 03
Handling
We receive the cargo from trucks and railcars, store it and load the vessel.
- 04
Paperwork
We clear the port and customs formalities and send a report on the lot before the vessel sails.
