10 services in port
In Chornomorsk and Izmail you can book a single service, such as a draught survey or fumigation, or hand us the whole job in port.
01 — Cargo handling
Wheat, corn, barley and oilseeds. We take them off trucks and railcars, keep them in flat storage and load them onto vessels in Chornomorsk and Izmail.
Mineral fertilisers in bulk and in big bags.
We bag bulk fertiliser into big bags right on the quay.
Steel products, pipes, equipment, palletised and big-bag cargo. We discharge it from the vessel onto the quay and load it out to trucks and railcars.
02 — Port services
We accept the cargo in port, prepare the port and customs papers and liaise with the terminal, customs and inspectors.
We act as ship agent in Chornomorsk and Izmail and take care of the papers, pilots, tugs and supplies.
We store grain in port until the vessel arrives, and fertilisers and general cargo once they are off the vessel.
03 — Supporting services
Sampling of grain at intake and during vessel loading, and of fertiliser during discharge, and laboratory analysis of quality.
Pest control treatment of grain in storage or in the vessel’s hold to the destination country’s phytosanitary requirements.
Hold inspection, draught survey and supervision of loading or discharge when the parties need an independent check of cargo quantity and quality.
Process
Tell us about the cargo: what, how much, which port and when the vessel arrives.
We plan intake, storage and the loading or discharge to the vessel’s laycan.
We receive the cargo from trucks and railcars, store it and load the vessel.
We clear the port and customs formalities and send a report on the lot before the vessel sails.
